The Prague Negotiation and Mediation Week 2019 is taking place from May 27 to 31, 2019.


PNMW Edition 2018

From May 21-25, 2018, the first edition of the Prague Negotiation and Mediation Week took place in Prague, Czech Republic. It welcomed ADR professionals and enthusiasts from eleven different countries from all around the globe.

This challenging series of lectures, workshops and interactive role-plays was supplemented with pleasant social  programme such as a wine-tasting, cocktail accompanied by drypoint-print  demonstration in the Art Francesco Gallery and a historical tram tour.

As  weather met the expectations, the participants were able to profit from the terrace in the area surrounding the conference room not only to enjoy their coffee breaks but also to carrying out the mock negotiations and mediations.

The topics covered by the PNMW 2018 were as follows:

We are happy to announce that the participants of the 2018 edition of the Prague Negotiation and Mediation Week are coming from eleven different countries from all around the world


Scholarship Application

The goal of the Prague Negotiation and Mediation Week is to spread the knowledge about negotiation and mediation worldwide. Thus, we are happy to inform you that we are in the position to offer a scholarship covering attendance fee of  four students, academics and young professionals under 30.

Eligibility: The following persons might apply for the PNMW scholarship –  university students, academics and young professionals under 30.

The scholarship covers: The PNMW participation fee

The scholarship does not cover: travel expanses, accommodation costs,  possible visa fees

Deadline: Apply by or before April 20, 2018. The outcomes will be published on April 23, 2018.

Note, please make sure you will be able to get visa before the application given short time period between the notification of the outcomes and PNMW. Please, apply using the form below. Do not use the general registration form.

Guest speaker: ICC Deputy Manager Andrija Erac

We are happy to announce another guest speaker for the Prague Negotiation and Mediation Week 2018. The deputy manager of the ICC International Centre for ADR,  Andrija Erac, is going to speak about Mediating Complex, Cross-Border Disputes – an ICC Perspective.

Andrija Erac
Andrija is a Deputy Manager at the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC). Within the ICC International Centre for ADR, he is responsible for accompanying businesses, states and state entities, their legal representatives and neutrals in proceedings administered under the ICC Mediation Rules, Expert, DOCDEX and Dispute Board Rules. He is a lawyer with work experience gained in international organisations as well as in the public, private and NGO sector. Before joining the ICC Andrija was working at the OECD Directorate for Financial and Enterprise Affairs on good governance matters. Andrija earned both his bachelor and his master degree at Sciences Po and carried out his studies in France, Italy, Spain and Canada. He speaks Serbian, English, French, Spanish and Italian.

One of the top attraction of Prague, a drive in a historical tram from 1930’s is scheduled for Tuesday, May 22, 2018.

Final Cocktail at Art Francesco Gallery, May 24, 2018

The final cocktail will not serve only as an opportunity to the passing the certificates, but also for a drypoint print demonstration. This old graphic technique is a traditional Czech art.

Cocktail will take place in the downtown, at the Art Francesco Gallery.

Proud to introduce the first guest speaker: Pál Belenyesi, Ph.D. (Hungary/Belgium) who has 15 years of experience in the representation of company interests in intercultural negotiations and European affairs.
